frequently asked questions

How Does the Rental Process Work?

Short Answer:

1) Call 208.403.2184 to Book Your Rental.

2) Meet us at our shop on your reservation date.

4) Sign our Rental Agreement and Liability Release and go through orientation.

3) Go Riding for the Duration of your Rental Time.

4) Bring the UTV back to our shop and check out.

Long Answer:

When you reserve your rental, we will ask a few questions to see what type of riding experience you would enjoy.

After signing our paperwork, we will inspect the rental unit together for pre-existing damage and walk through the safety and operation information.

Once completed you can then head out on the trails for a day of fun!

When the time comes bring the Side-by-Side back to our shop. If you will be returning early or late, a phone call or text is appreciated to make sure someone is there to help you check out.

What is the cancellation policy?

There is a $100 cancellation fee for each machine if canceled up to 72 hours before your rental date. Between 71 and 25 hours before your rental date, it becomes 50% of the price of the full reservation. Within 24 hours of the reservation, it becomes the full price of the reservation.

No shows will be charged the full price of the reserved rental.

How does the damage deposit work?

Prior to your rental, the damage deposit will be required on Credit Card before you are able to rent the machine.

The Damage Deposit for a Can-Am Maverick X3 is $2000 per machine rented.

Deposits are released after the completion of the rental period provided no damage to the equipment is found, and no additional charges have accrued.

We have up to 24hrs to inspect the machine for damage before releasing the Damage Deposit.

Damage deposits put on a credit card may take up to 10 days to release the funds depending on who you bank with. Some banks are as short as 3 days.

The damage deposit is not the total amount of damages you are liable for. You are responsible for the total cost of damages to each machine.

You are not allowed to split the deposit with someone else. Deposits must be under one person’s name, per machine, and that person must be physically present to fill out the paperwork in office.

Do I need to have Insurance?

Yes! Our Side-by-Sides are street legal and classified as short-term vehicle rentals (Just like a rental car). As such, you need to provide and have proof of your ID Card of your own personal auto insurance policy that covers you in a rental vehicle.

We highly recommend that you call your insurance company to confirm you are covered. Explain that the Side-by-Sides are street legal.
